Deputation of Rajni Bala’s family members, prominent people call on Altaf Bukhari

JAMMU, JULY 07 (KNS): A deputation consisting of family members Rajni Bala who was shot dead outside a Govt School in Kulgam and prominent people from Samba district called on the Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari.

Apni Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, Provincial President Jammu S. Manjit Singh and SC State Coordinator Bodh Raj Bhagat were also present when the deputation met the Party President and held threadbare discussion on the working conditions and security situation of the reserved category employees of Jammu.

During their meeting with the Party President Altaf Bukhari sahab, the deputation highlighted the difficulties being faced by the SC employees serving in Kashmir valley despite threats to their lives.

They informed that “It would be imperative to shift the Jammu based reserved category employees to Jammu from Kashmir for time being till the security situation normalizes.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe Jammu based employees were serving in Kashmir with mutual respect and harmony with the majority community without any harm. The communities were living peacefully, but the elements who do not want peace between the two regions have acted against the wishes of the general masses and started targeting the outsiders in Kashmir.”

They demanded that the demands and concerns of the Jammu based reserved category employees who are protesting in Jammu from last one month should be considered for the safety and security of their families.

“There is a sense of fear among them. Hence, they should be shifted to Jammu till the security situation improves in Kashmir valley,” the deputation demanded.

After giving them a patient hearing, the Apni Party President Syed Altaf Bukhari assured that he would highlight their demands before the concerned authorities and said that his Party will stand with them.

He expressed his sympathy with the family members of Rajni Bala and assured them all possible support.(KNS)
