Srinagar 10 April (KNS): Residents of Saderbal area of Hazratbal are up in arms against authorities for failing to repair the drainage system in the locality.

Speaking to Kashmir News Service-(KNS), residents said, "the drainage system overflows at several places. It  causes waterlogging in the area."

The Locals also said that they approached Executive Engineer LAWDA Office Hazratbal wherein the were asked to contact Concerned Junior engineer of the area.

“we approached him accordingly and he assured us  that once there will be improvement in weather, he will send the concerned team but till now no action has been taken”,they added.

Vice Chairman LAWDA, Tufail Matto While talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), said, “I have personally visited the area and it will take some time to address it”.(KNS)
