Srinagar, Oct 21 (KNS): Crime Branch Kashmir on Wednesday said it has presented charge sheet in Case FIR No. 50/2018 against Ab Majeed Mir of Lashtyaal Kalaroos Kupwara before the court of City Juddge Srinagar for allegedly grabbing money
from the aspirants on the pretext of providing them government jobs.

According to statement issued to KNS reads, the court has issued Non bailable warrant against the accused.

It also said, next date of hearing has been fixed on 23-11-2020, Pertinent to mention that Crime Branch Kashmir recieved a complaint forwarded by CJM Pulwama to investigate the Complaint of Abdul Majeed Kuchar of Panzoo Aripal, Tral district Pulwama .

It further said enquiry revealed the allegations of grabbing of money from the aspirants on the pretext of providing them government jobs in the complaint against the accused to be correct, consequently the investigation was taken up. (KNS)
