Bring back non local 10+2 Lecturers from Ladakh UT:  G.A. Mir tells JK Govt

 
Srinagar March 25:(KNS)  The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today sought transfer of 12+2 non local lecturers from Ladakh UT to J&K, urging the LG Manoj Sinha to address their grievances.
Reacting to the issue of non local 10+2 Lecturers of J&K posted in Ladakh UT, the J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir has expressed anguish over the problems being faced by them (Lecturers) and urged the Govt to bring them them to J&K UT at right earnest citing the reason as many health issues confronting them.
Mir said  after the reorganization  of the J&K, it was mandatory for JK Administration to effect the transfer of Lectures to J&K within a year, which has not happened due to the negligence of the education department.
The Education department has reportedly failed to send the relievers to Ladakh UT, but that doesn’t mean that Lecturers of J&K who are posted their since 2017 would suffer for no fault of theirs’, Mir said.
I would urge upon the LG Manoj Sinha to look into the grievances of the non-local lecturers posted in Ladakh UT to ensure that they were transferred back to J&K UT, G.A.Mir added and also emphasized the education department to resolve the matter without any further loss of time, as that, they (Lecturers) were faced with multiple problems, besides health issued.(KNS)
