Srinagar 21 June (KNS): 7th International Day of Yoga  with the theme"BE WITH YOGA, BE AT HOME" being held on 21st June was organized today by Assistant District Medical Officer District Srinagar (Dr.Ruksana Jabeen)under the guidance of Worthy Director Dr. Mohan Singh ji.

The session was organized as per the guidelines of Ministry of AYUSH Govt of India and the COVID 19 Sop's. The session was conducted by Dr Asif Kundangar, Dr Rehana (Yoga therapist) and Dr Ruhail John. At the end of session Dr Ruksana Jabeen (ADMO Srinagar) presented vote of thanks .She admired all the Medical officers of District Srinagar,the organizers, Yoga trainees  and other participants.

The Yoga Session was telecasted live through Zoom Meeting were more than 100 participants joined the session.(KNS)
