Srinagar, Oct 31 (KNS) : Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday said the abrogation of Article 370 had integrated Kashmir with the rest of the country, listing it among the major decisions taken by the Narendra Modi government.
Addressing a gathering ahead of the 'Run for Unity' in New Delhi on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, marking the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Shah also highlighted the elimination of Naxalism and implementation of the One Nation, One Tax system as key achievements of the government.
He said making India drug-free would be one of the most significant achievements for the country's youth and future.
Shah set December 31, 2029, as the target for making India completely drug-free, asserting that the vision of a 'Viksit Bharat' could be realised only through a 'Nasha-Mukt Bharat'.
