Srinagar, Feb 17 (KNS): Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senior leader and MLA Amira Kadal, Syed Altaf Bukhari Friday took oath as a minister in the PDP-BJP coalition government.
He was administered oath by Governor, N N Vohra at Jammu.
