Srinagar, June 01 (KNS): Secretary Health and Medical Education, Dr. Syed Abid Rashid Shah, on Monday said that comprehensive arrangements have been made to ensure a smooth, safe, and spiritually uplifting experience for pilgrims attending the revered Kheer Bhawani Festival at Tullamulla in Ganderbal.
Speaking to reporters, as per the Kashmir News Service (KNS), Dr. Shah emphasized that the festival, which attracts Kashmiri Pandits from across the globe, has always been a symbol of unity, devotion, and communal harmony.

Highlighting the robust preparedness of the Health Department, Dr. Shah noted that specialized teams of doctors and paramedics, along with fully equipped ambulances, have been deployed at the site.
He also appreciated the dedication of Kashmiri Pandit employees and NGOs, mentioning individuals like Sujit Ji, Ratesh Ji, and Sunil Ji for their valuable contributions in organizing the festival.
The administration has finalized all essential services, including comprehensive healthcare arrangements, sanitation, clean drinking water, and security, to ensure a seamless experience for all devotees.(KNS)
