RSETI Bandipora Concludes Tailoring Training Program for Women Entrepreneurs

Bandipora, June 3 (KNS): The Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Bandipora successfully concluded a month-long Tailoring training program exclusively for women. The batch comprised 30 aspiring women entrepreneurs who received skill development training aimed at promoting self-reliance and economic empowerment.

The valedictory function was graced by Feroz Ahmad, Branch Manager, J&K Bank Kaloosa Bandipora, as the Guest of Honour. Addressing the participants, he provided detailed insights into various government and banking schemes available for women entrepreneurs. He encouraged the trainees to utilize their newly acquired skills to start their own ventures and assured them of full support and guidance from his branch.

Adding further value to the session, RSETI Faculty Ms. Ruqia shared innovative and practical business ideas with the participants, aimed at helping them start and scale their own tailoring businesses.

The program concluded with the distribution of certificates to all 30 successful trainees, marking a significant step towards women’s empowerment and economic participation in the region.
