Srinagar April 22 (KNS): Ahmad Ayaz, Secretary J&K MPLB & renowned Social Activist has greeted people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, wishing them well-being and prosperity.
In his message of felicitation, Ahmad Ayaz reminded the people about the essence of the festival, especially remembering the poor and needy and sharing happiness with them.
He further said the spirit behind observance of Eid-ul-Fitr, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadhan, is to express our gratitude to the Almighty Allah for giving us courage to observe fasts and rededicate ourselves to truthfulness, sincerity, self-control, patience and piety, thus showing complete obedience to Allah.
He expressed the hope that this auspicious occasion will strengthen the bonds of communal harmony and bring peace, prosperity and well-being to the State and the people all over the world.(KNS)
