After privitization, BSNL is all about dead conenctions, billing issues


Srinagar, July 11 (KNS): Customers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) are complaining about “dead” landline connections and billing issues.

The BSNL customers told KNS that Some have also complained about its poor grievance redressal systems as there is always delays in response to customers’ queries.

The BSNL was always infamous for poor services, however after provitization which led to the manpower of the company shrunk to almost half has added woes of the customers.

A old BSNL customer said that even for some cable damages, the BSNL authorities take week to fix it.

" We are used to having non-functioning landlines for upto 4-6 week," he said.

Despite repeated attempts, no concerned officer of BSNL received the call.(KNS)
