JAMMU, MARCH 17:(KNS) Advisors to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar and Farooq Khan have extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of ‘Holi-Festival of Colours’.
