52.69 percent snow cleared from roads in Kashmir: R&B

 Srinagar, Feb 23 (KNS): Roads and Buildings department on Wednesday claimed to have cleared around 52.69 per cent snow from roads across all districts following heavy snowfall in the Kashmir Valley. 

 
According to details shared by R&B department with Kashmir News Service (KNS)that in Srinagar around 62.11 % roads have been cleared, while in Budgam 18.96% and in Ganderbal 40.80 % road length has been cleared. 
 
As per the details, 93.03% snow has been cleared from roads in Bandipora, 93.13 % in Baramulla 93.13 %, 91.84% in Kupwara, 34.08 % in Anantnag, 8.39% in Kulgam, 2.55% and 5.18 % in Pulwama and Shopian respectively.
 
Details show that around 52.69% snow has been covered till 5 pm today from all district of the Kashmir Valley. (KNS)
