The sealing took place in presence of Enfircement Officer who along with the entire  field staff  sealed the structure.

 

SMC will act tought against all the violators who will not apply for proper building permissions and resort to illegal constructions.

 

No illegal construction or any structure coming up beyond the sanctioned building plan will be allowed and will face demolition at any stage after getting into the notice of Authorities. 

 

All the ward Officers, Enforcement Officers including field staff have been strictly directed by Commissioner SMC Mr Athar Aamir Khan  to swing into action at an appropriate time/ early stage and keep a tight vigil in ongoing constructions in the city to check the status of their permissions while doing any  sort of commercial or residential construction.(KNS)
