Roll back of decision about reopening of Schools: Tajinder Singh

Jammu, Sep 22 (KNS): Social Activist Sardar Tajinder Singh on Tuesday questioned the rationale behind the opening of schools from class ninth to twelfth classes at a time when panic stricken people are wondering how to brave the alarming spike in Covid19 pandemic.
In a statement issued to KNS reads, "the administration has open the schools, through giving options to parents wether to send their kids to their classes or not by signing an Form". Tajinder said in a statement, adding that unwise decision can be fatal and prove to be counter productive.
Singh sought rescinding of order pertaining to opening of schools till the anvil of vaccine to fight the Virus covid19, saying this is the important as the health sector is not ready to all facilities in Jammu and Kashmir due to non availability of latest equipments in hospitals of Jammu and Kashmir due to which a high level delegation from health department already arrived Jammu and Kashmir from Delhi to look into the matter, keeping this in view administration must revisit the decision and take measure to instill confidence among the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
In larger interest of student community, the decision about reopening of schools should be deferred and rollback till the covid19 situation normalize, Tajinder singh added.(KNS)
