Jammu, July 28 (KNS):Sardar Tajinder Singh has demanded Restoration of Statehood to jammu and kashmir keeping in view the sentiments of both regions.
Singh in a statement said, the carving of jammu and kashmir in UT has badly affected the economy , education,and employment especially Tourism sector of Jammu and Kashmir which comes totally stand still after the decision taken by the government.
Tajinder singh said , while seeking restoration of Statehood to jammu and kashmir with all dignity and honour,as promised by the prime minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah at the floor of Parliament, said restoration of Statehood was a imperative to satiate urges and aspirations the people.
Singh said it is a welcome development that all major mainstream political parties of jammu and kashmir have come on same board on the issue of Restoration of Statehood to jammu and kashmir and are vehemently demanding it's restoration without any further delay.Singh ask all political parties to formulate a common platform to jointly press the demand to restore Statehood and Holding Election in Jammu and Kashmir for installation of elected government .
Tajinder further appeal for comprehensive financial package for business sector winch is worth while hit after the government decision and the traders, businessmen, hoteliers, tourism sector,transporters and industrial sector have suffered and more over after covid19 situation ihas sunk the economy to a level of no return if the government does not come to rescue it will totally upset the business regime in Jammu and Kashmir especially Tourism sector, the statement said (KNS)
