Srinagar, Jul 7 (KNS) : A meeting of the office bearers of District Anantnag and Kulgam was held tuesday at the PDP Headquarters, Srinagar, under the chairmanship of General Secretary (Organisation), Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura.

According to a press release issued here, The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Parliamentary Board Abdul Rehman Veeri, Party General Secretary Mohammad Khursheed Aalam, Senior Leader Iltija Mufti, Additional General Secretary Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, former Minister Abdul Gaffar Sofi, District President Anantnag Adv. Javed Ahmad, District President Kulgam Wani Zafrullah, State Secretary Gulzar Ahmad Wani, Vice President Youth Najmu Saqib, District President Youth Adnan Ahmad Mir, along with constituency in-charges and other party office bearers from both districts.

The leadership reviewed the functioning of the organisation and discussed measures to ensure greater engagement with party workers and the public.

Participants also exchanged views on the prevailing political situation in Jammu and Kashmir and expressed concern over the issues affecting the people. The leadership reiterated the party's commitment to raising public grievances and collectively working to safeguard the rights, interests, and aspirations of the people.

Addressing the gathering, the senior leadership urged all office bearers and constituency in-charges to remain closely
connected with the people, strengthen the organisation at every level, and continue working with dedication to reinforce the party across the grassroots.

The meeting concluded with a renewed resolve to intensify organisational activities, strengthen public outreach, and further consolidate the party across Districts Anantnag and Kulgam.(KNS)
