Srinagar, Sep 21 (KNS): A residential property belonging to a man booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act was inspected and verified at Check Mujgund on Monday, officials said.

According to officials, the property, owned by Umer Ahmad Khanday, son of Nazir Ahmad Khanday, a resident of Check Mujgund, comprises a residential house built on 18 marlas of land under Survey No. 260-Min.

The property had been attached under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act, 1985, in connection with FIR No.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel43/2023 registered under Sections 8/21 and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Shalteng.

The attachment was carried out by the Competent Authority under the provisions of the NDPS Act, officials said.

The inspection and verification of the property were conducted on September 21 at around 12:10 pm.(KNS)
