Srinagar, April 4 (KNS): The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed senior leader Mohd Rafique Rather as its Spokesperson, announced Chief Spokesperson Suhail Bukhari in a press statement from Srinagar today.
Rather, who joined PDP in 2002 after retiring from his government job, is recognized as a respected educationist proficient in English, Urdu, Hindi, and his native Kashmiri.
Known for his outspokenness and strong oratory skills, Rather has swiftly gained a reputation as a firebrand leader, capable of presenting perspectives effectively.
