Srinagar, Jul 7 (KNS): Two entrepreneurs from Jammu and Kashmir have earned international recognition after their company secured a multi-million-dollar contract to design and supply uniforms for personnel deployed at the 2026 FIFA World Cup across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Johnny (Farhan) Beig and Tony Beig, sons of retired IPS officer and former DIG Shakeel Beig from Banihal in Ramban district, are the founders of the Dioz Group, a global apparel and uniform solutions company.
According to the company, Dioz Group secured a USD 2.5 million contract through FIFA's official hospitality partner to design, manufacture and distribute uniforms for more than 50,000 personnel across all 16 World Cup venues.
The company said the assignment included uniforms for stadium ambassadors, hospitality teams, VIP lounge staff, chefs, waiters, event personnel and flag bearers involved in the tournament's opening ceremonies.
The achievement has also drawn international attention, with the *Los Angeles Times* featuring the Beig brothers and their company in a report on businesses benefiting from the FIFA World Cup.
Founded in 2006, Dioz Group has expanded its operations across the United States, Dubai, India and several other countries.

Before the FIFA World Cup assignment, the company had supplied apparel and uniforms for major international sporting events, including the Super Bowl LIX and the 2024 Copa América.
Speaking on the achievement, Johnny Beig said being entrusted with a project associated with the FIFA World Cup reflected the company's commitment to quality, innovation and operational excellence.
He said the successful execution of the assignment had strengthened the company's position in the global sports apparel and event uniform industry and would create opportunities to contribute to future international sporting events.
