Srinagar Oct 10 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir has greeted people on the Urs of Hazrat Khawaja Bahu Ud Din Naqasbandi (RA) (Khawaja Bazar) Srinagar and prayed for peace and wellbeing of the people.
In a statement issued to KNS reads, JKPCC President G.A.Mir has greeted people on very auspicious occasion of Urs of Hazrat Khawaja Bahu Ud Din Naqasbandi (RA) (Khawaja Bazar), hoping the occasion will usher in an era of peace, development and propriety of People of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
The Urs of Khawja Bahu Ud Din Naqasbandi is very significant in the history of Jammu and Kashmir, will continue to lead the people at the path of harmony and righteousness
On this occasion G.A. Mir urged the Divisional Administration to ensure all the facilities for the devotees coming from different districts to pay their obeisance at Khawaja Bazar including transport, electricity and drinking water.
Meanwhile JKPCC President G.A. Mir has expressed profound grief over the passing away of Mother of Kounsar Salam Senior journalist RNS and conveyed deepest condolences to bereaved family.
Mir expressed solidarity with Kounsar Salam and prayed for eternal peace to departed soul (KNS)
