Srinagar, Feb 05 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir police on Saturday said that journalist and Editor-in-Chief "The Kashmir Walla", Fahad Shah was wanted in three cases for glorifying militancy and spreading fake news. 

According to a statement, a police spokesperson said that Fahad Shah was involved in glorifying militancy, spreading fake news and inciting general public for creating law and order situations. 

He said that he was involved in cases FIR No. 70/2020 of PS Safakadal Srinagar, FIR No. 06/2021 of PS Imam Sahib, Shopian and currently he has been arrested in FIR No. 19/2022 of PS Pulwama.

Notably, Fahad Shah was arrested by Pulwama police last evening after being called in for questioning in a case registered against him in the Pulwama police station. (KNS)
