Chowdhary Zulfkar demands restoration of 4g, release of political detainees

Srinagar, April 21 (KNS): Former Minister and senior leader chowdhary Zulfkar Ali today urged upon the Government of India and UT Government to release the political prisoners arrested or detained after abrogation of Article 370 in month of August 2019 and are lodged in different jails and other places in the country on the eve of beginning of holy month of Rsmzan.

In a statement issued to KNS former Minister said that when the nation is facing worse type of pandemic of COVID19, along with the rest of the world it does not suit to the world's largest democracy to keep the political leaders and others for a prolonged period in jails without any trials.
It is cruel and unjustified in any civilized society.

He hoped that the Government of India and the UT Administarion will release all of the political prisoners on humanitarian grounds.

Zulfkar Also urged upon the Government of India and the UT Administration to restore the 4G internet services in the UT as due to pendemic the schools are closed and the student's are confined to there houses and the world wide medium of education instruction is online , it is a big injustice with them as they are facing many hardships to take online classes without proper internet facilities.(KNS).
