Budgam, Oct 23 (KNS): Anjuamn Shari Shian President and senior separatist leader Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi continued to remain under house arrest for the second consecutive day on Tuesday.
In a statement to KNS, Aga Syed Hasan described the Kulgam carnage incident as the worst form of state terrorism. He said India is using muscular power to crush the ongoing freedom struggle. He said India is forgetting the fact that it can kill a soul but not his ideology and sentiments.
“The Kulgam massacre has pained every soul in Kashmir and it needs to be condemned at all cost. People of Kashmir can’t stay away from the ongoing freedom struggle and their resolve can’t be broken up through muscular power. We have sacrificed everything for this Movement and we will take it to the logical conclusion,” Aga Syed Hansa said and condemned the use of force on protesters.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson of the party said that authorities placed Aga Syed Hasan under house detention for the second consecutive day. He said that such tactics won’t break resolve of the Hurriyat leadership. The spokesperson also condemned the arrest of senior separatist leader Abdul Samad Inqalabi and said that arrests and detentions won’t change the ground reality of Kashmir. (KNS)
