Bandipora, Apr 28 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM) leader Dr. Mustafa Khan along with other party activists held a strong protest in front of DC office Bandipora against poor health care facilities in district hospital Bandipora.

Dr Mustafa has enjoined upon the DDC Bandipora to reactivate administrative machinery so that people's grievances are redressed earnestly. He has expressed his anguish over the inadequate Medicare facilities to patients in the District Hospital Bandipora.

He has asked the DDC to have a review of the treatment facilities for patients in the hospital and upgrade these as per the needs. He said all the available latest diagnostic medical equipment and machinery should be put in place in the hospital so that patients are compelled to go for treatment in the private market.

Dr Mustafa has urged the district administration to shift the Hospital in the new building which is also complete so that patients are provided better facilities. (KNS)
