Srinagar November 12 (KNS): The barbaric and senseless car bomb blast near the Red Fort on November 10 must be condemned in the strongest terms. The sight of lifeless bodies, the shock on the faces of those who witnessed the attack, and the grief of the victims’ families reveal a heartbreaking picture of human suffering.
According to a statement issued to KNS, reads that It is deeply disturbing that some individuals, echoing the mindset of terrorists, are now calling for the destruction of universities such as Jamia Millia Islamia, Al-Falah, and Aligarh Muslim University. Such views show that terrorism and hatred have nothing to do with any religion. They are the acts of deluded minds driven by violence and domination.

I appeal to those in power, to institutions, and to the people of our country: do not alienate or discriminate against anyone based on religion or ethnicity. Do not punish families for the crimes of misguided individuals. Terrorists seek to divide us along religious lines. We must not give them that victory.
A thorough and impartial investigation must be carried out to ensure justice while protecting the innocent. Only unity and empathy can help us overcome those who wish to destroy our harmony.(KNS)
