Srinagar, Mar 28 (KNS): Senior Pro-freedom leader and Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Zaffer Akbar Bhat on Monday met several political, social, civil society members and other delegations in Chandigrah Punjab.
Bhat during the meeting with delegations apprised them about the current prevailing situation viz-a-viz Kashmir Issue and sought their support for peaceful resolution of Kashmir conflict.
He told socio-political organizations to support actively ongoing Kashmir freedom struggle for peace, prosperity and economic progress of South Asian region. Earlier Zaffer Akbar Bhat met several diplomats in New Delhi Pakistan day function held at Pakistan embassy in New Delhi.
Bhat also sought their diplomatic support and urged them to help naïve Kashmiris who are being subjected to suppression and oppression by Indian security forces in each day. Bhat is scheduled to meet several other delegations in Jammu a well.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Meanwhile, Zaffer Akbar Bhat condemned Lahore terror attack and termed it a drastic inhuman terrorist act. Bhat termed it war against humanity and urged peace loving people across globe to help Pakistan in eliminating non-state actors responsible for these inhuman terrorist activities.
Bhat expressed sympathy with all those families whose nears and dears lost their precious lives in this unfortunate incident and prayed for the early recovery of all injured.
Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement spokesperson in Srinagar condemned attack on women activist Zahida Banoo in Batengoo area of Islamabad.
Spokesman said Sarpanch Mohd Yousf Dar and his relative Mohd Amin Dar attacked our activist Zahid Banoo at Batengoo and injured her seriously.
He said that Zahida was shifted to hospital for treatment. Salvation Movement spokesperson prayed for the early recovery of the injured. (KNS)
