Srinagar, Mar 7 (KNS): Senior Pro-freedom leader and Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Chairman Zaffer Akbar Bhat Monday paid tributes to Dawood Ahmad Sheikh, a Hizb militant and said that participation of thousands of people in the funeral of our martyrs should serve an eye opener for world community which has pushed Kashmir conflict in cold box.
In a statement issued to KNS, Bhat who was not allowed to attend funeral procession of Dawood condemned the use of force, pepper gas and pellet guns on the peaceful protesters at Koimoh Kulgam. He also expressed solidarity with injured person including Abid Ahmed Mir of Boitengo.
On the directions of incarcerated Chairman, a high level delegation of Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement comprising Rafiq Ahmad, Zubair Ahmad and others attended the funeral of Dawood Ahmad Sheikh, martyred by forces yesterday in Buchura area of Kulgam.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Delegation paid glowing tributes to martyr Dawood and wowed to take the mission of martyrs to its logical conclusion.
Delegation also visited the family of Mohd Akbar Lone who suffered heart attack yesterday when forces bragged in his residence. Leaders paid tributes to deceased whose 17 years old son is a known freedom fighter.
He expressed sympathy with the family of martyr and Mohd Akbar Lone who suffered heart attack and said that precious sacrifices of martyrs will prove rewarding for the oppressed Kashmiri nation. (KNS)
