Srinagar, Jul 15 (KNS): One youth was Friday killed after forces opened fire in Kalaroosa area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
According to KNS correspondent, Waseem Majnoon Mir, a youth was killed after forces opened fire on the protesters in the area who were protesting against civilian killings in Kashmir.
The youth was identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Ganie, son of Muhamamd Ahsan Ganie, resident of Tawheed Pora, Ganie Mohalla Kalaroosa died on spot after forces opened fire on protesters who assembled on the roads after Friday congregation ended in Masjid.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
According to KNS correspondent, Dr Abdul Khaliq, In-charge Sub District Hospital (SDH) Kupwara said that a youth was shifted to the hospital who had sustained bullet injuries during the clashes was declared brought dead.
Meanwhile, three protesters sustain bullet injuries in Drugmulla area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district after forces opened fire on the protesters.
The injured youth have been shifted to the hospital for treatment. “All the youth are said to be stable,” reports said. (KNS)
