Srinagar, Jul 27 (KNS): In a surprising incident, a worm was plucked out from right eye of a ten-month-old girl during a surgery at Community Health Center (CHC) Hajin in Bandipora district.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS) correspondent, a rare case of Ophthalmic Parasitosis was detected by Dr Muzzafar Mohi ud Din working as Physician Specialist at CHC Hajin wherein a worm was plucked out from right eye of 10 month-old baby girl.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

The condition is rarely seen in our part of the world, doctors said. (KNS)
