Srinagar, Apr 7 (KNS) : Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Tuesday alleged that the Israel-US nexus has brought the world to a "dangerous and inhuman pass" and described a tweet by the American president as "too disgraceful to warrant a response."
In a post on X, the Mirwaiz said, "The tweet by the president of America yesterday was too disgraceful to warrant a response. It seems by today his frustration has peaked and he is now threatening death to an entire civilisation in one night."
Referring to the ongoing tensions in West Asia, he said the Israel-US nexus and countries that support their ideology of hegemony and hate have brought the world to a situation "where an open call to genocide of an entire nation is made with total impunity and disregard for human principles and law.

The Mirwaiz further said silence in the face of such threats was "nothing short of complicity" and urged the global community to act now to halt the "madness" and push for an immediate end to what he called the "war of Israeli-US aggression on Iran." (KNS)
