Anantnag, Jan 05 (KNS): Workers Protested against the Ramky Construction Company in Anantnag, said company without any reason discharged around 600 workers.
Workers who were working in a construction company held a protest in Vessu camp of Qazigund in South Kashmir's Anantnag District; they alleged that the Ramky Company is doing injustice with them.
Talking to the KNS, Bilal Hussain Shah, and president of Kashmir construction workers union told that the Ramky Company is playing with their future and snatching their meals.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“We are working with this company from last two years. Now they fired us suddenly where we can go and find other job,” said a worker.
Workers said that a letter was issued from Divisional Commissioner Office to Ramky Infrastructure Limited in which they mentioned that if any staff and workers are willing to work outside J&K at other Ramky Project, the company shall accommodate them.
Meanwhile when we contacted to project officer D.K Singh of said company, he refused to talk. (KNS)
