Hardwara, July 19 (KNS) : Jammu and kashmir police on Tuesday said that it arrested a female fraudster in Chogal area of Handwara in North kashmir's Kupwara district, police said Tuesday.
An police official told Kashmir News Service (KNS), that a complaint was received by Police Post Chogal wherein the complainant had stated that one person named Fahmeeda Begum, W/o Nisar Ahmad Mir, R/o Yunsoo had taken money from the complainant in lieu of providing a heavily fabricated order of appointment as SPO, thereby defrauding the complainant.
"Based on this, FIR No.199/22 U/s 420 ,468-IPC was registered at Police Station Handwara and investigation was initiated," the official said.
He further said that the accused has been arrested while Further investigation is underway.(KNS).
