Srinagar, Oct 25 (KNS): Senior National Conference Youth Leader Irfan Zehgeer on Monday said that our youth are the key for empowering J&K with an era of growth, peace and progress.

National conference will always reach out to the youth in order to empower them politically to become opinion leaders and stakeholders in finding solutions that have affected the future of youth.

Irfan Zehgeer during his visit to various areas of Ahmed Nagar and Hazratbal interacted with locals and particularly to youth.  While interacting with youth, he was apprised by them of their issues specially the growing unemployment rate and the lesser opportunities of getting a government job.

Zehgeer appealed to the youngsters to join hands with national conference as National conference will create opportunities for the youth in terms of employment generation and recruitment on the fast track basis.

He further appealed to youth for supporting the vision of National Conference and help in strengthening the party at grassroots levels.

National Conference is the only party which can bring people out of uncertainties. Our party has faith about the things changing for the betterment in Jammu and Kashmir.

“We have a vital role to play in this regard. We are passing through most crucial times and there is an immediate need of maintaining guard against polarizing forces by upholding our unity,” he added. (KNS)
