Jammu, Jan 16 (KNS): Congress MLC G N Monga Monday asked the PDP-BJP government to make it clear what was scared in their "Agenda of Alliance" document.
Speaking on Motion of Thanks on Governor's Address in Legislative Council, Monga said, "A senior minister in his address termed "Agenda of Alliance" as scared document. I want to ask the Chief Minister what is scared in this document."
"PDP and BJP contested elections on separate agendas and tried to play with the emotions of people of Jammu and Kashmir to get votes. They couldn't fulfil the promises made with the voters during the elections. Now I want to ask them what is scared in "Agenda of Alliance" as not even a single article in the document has been implemented on ground so far," he said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The Congress MLC also lashed out at the government for failing to constitute Panchayat Election Commission. "The State Information Commission (SIC) has become defunct. State Accountability Commission (SAC) is powerless as you don't want to empower it," he said.
"The Government is terminating the services of some employees on the pretext of corruption and terming them as dead wood. However, all the big fish are being let off," the Congress leader added. (KNS)
