Srinagar, June 01 (KNS): Declaring budget as anti poor and direction less chief whip of congress legislative party in the house and MLA Banihal Vikar Rasool Wani said that budget is considered as the mirror of governments’ aims and actions but after its introduction in current session hurts the sentiments of all sections of the society.
Vikar Rasool said that present government has badly ditched the development of hilly and backward regions of the state as government has closed all schemes including bad pockets and BRGF as well as their major cut in plan and non plan besides Central sponsored schemes as well.
Vikar Rasool highlighted the need and importance of eradication of unemployment in the society winch is the major challenge for the state.
He added that militancy is increasing on alarming rate which is serious concern of the state as well as this prestigious house as highly qualified youths of joining the rank and file of militancy due to increasing rate of unemployment in the state.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He demands government to bring adequate policy for providing employment to the educated sections of the state.
Vikar Rasool demand inclusion of budgetary provision for encouragement of private and public sector.
MLA Banihal also demand that government should take bold decision for regularization of all DRW's, casual labours, consolidated workers, NYC's hike the salary of MGNREGA and NRHM employee's of the state.
He urged upon the finance minister to enhancement of wages in MGNREGA. (KNS)
