Srinagar, October 16 (KNS): Senior Congress leader and former J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President Vikar Rasool Wani on Wednesday accused National Conference vice president Omar Abdullah of betraying the Congress on the directions of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
