Srinagar, May 13 (KNS): Vendors and shopkeepers have encroached upon road and footpaths in Handwara town of Kupwara district, causing inconvenience to commuters and pedestrians.

They have appealed the divisional administration to intervene and direct the Municipal Committee Handwara to take action and clear the roads and pathways off these encroachers. (KNS)
