Srinagar, Mar 05 (KNS): Peoples Democratic Party vice president and former minister A R Veeri has expressed shock over the death of family members in Samba road accident.
Five persons Gulzar Ahmad Bhat (71), his wife Zaina Begum(65), their son Iqbal Ahmad Bhat (25) and daughter Masrat Jan (21) – all residents of Brah Ranipora village died in a road accident after a car they were traveling in fell into a gorge in Samba district in Jammu.
Veeri said that it is quite shocking that a family has died in the accident.
"This is extreme grief. I am saddened by the loss of the family members in the accident. My sympathies and condolences are with the bereaved. I pray for eternal peace to the departed souls,” he said.
He also prayed for the early recovery of the injured. (KNS)
