Ganderbal, Mar 28 (KNS): Earliar Mett said that upper reaches will get the small spell of snow and lower reachs get insessant rains for two days on Friday and Saturday.

According to KNS, upper reaches including Sonamarg, Zojila,Zero Point,menimarg received a fresh snowfall,while the lower reachs including Rezan,Kullan,Gagangeer,Gund received an intermittent rainfall from friday afternoon.

The Famous tourist resort of Sonamarg received around 1. ft of snow, Meenmarg received 2 ft ,Drass 1ft and Zojila received around 2ft of fresh Snow.

The people in local areas remain confined to their houses amid the intermittent rains. Meanwhile Mett sources said, that the weather will be improved from today.(KNS)
