Up gradation of Shopian Hospital awaited since 2007: PDP MLA

‘File gathering dust at Finance Deptt’

Jammu, Jan 20 (KNS): MLA Shopian Advocate Mohammad Yousuf Bhat here on Friday expressed his dismay over the unprecedented delay government has caused in the up gradation of the hospital at Shopian which was upgraded as District Headquarters way back in 2007.
According to KNS correspondent covering the assembly proceedings, Bhat said that nine years have elapsed but government is not upgrading a hospital which is working just like a community health centre.
Seeking immediate intervention of the health and education minister the MLA told the house that the file concerning up gradation of the Shopian Hospital is kept on moving from Finance to planning department but the decision to upgrade a hospital is still awaited.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
