Pays tribute to Tanveer

Srinagar, Jul 22 (KNS): International forum for justice Human rights JK Chairman, Muhammad Ahsan Untoo Saturday visited the family of slain Beerah youth, Tanveer Ahmed Wani, son of Mohd Akbar Wani at Beerwah and paid tributes to him.
According to the statement issued to KNS, Untoo said that “a fact funding activity was carried away on this occasion and statements of family of the slain youth and eyewitnesses were recorded.”
He said that during the preliminary inquiry, it proved beyond doubt that the army unit of 53 RR without any provocation fired indiscriminately resulting in the killing Tanveer and injury to other youth.
Untoo managed the FIR copy related to this incident where police station Beerwah has registered a case bearing number 74/2017 under section 307RPC, that is attempt to murder while police has not yet converged it into murder case.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He assured the victims that he will fight for their rights and will try to get justice done.
Untoo recalled that it was the same army unit headed by Major Gagoie that used Farooq Dar as human shield during parliamentary by polls on 9th of April 2017 and government of India instead of punishing major Gagoie for that heinous crime rewarded him with commendation certificate and now the army unit under his command did it again by killing an innocent youth as they feel they are the masters and are answerable to no one for their follies.
