Srinagar, Aug 24 (KNS): An unidentified militant has been killed in the ongoing encounter in Seer area of Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that a gunfight broke out in the area last evening between militants and security forces.

He said that in the ensuing encounter an unidentified militant has been killed so far, while the operation is in progress. 

He also said that mobile internet service had been suspended in the area. (KNS)
