Srinagar, Feb 07, (KNS): Scores of urban local bodies’ employees protested against the Government for its failure to regularize daily wagers and fulfill their other demands.
Under the banner of ‘Jammu and Kashmir Local Bodies Employees United Forum’ (JKULBEUF), employees held a protest and shouted slogans against the government.
The protesters led by their president Manzoor Ahmad Pampori, assembled here, demanded regularization of daily wagers and consolidated staff, transparent and time-bound transfer policy and the release of arrears.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The JKULBEUF president Manzoor Ahmad Pampori said: “The Government should implement service rules, rationalize staff, conduct DPC, regularize daily wagers, consolidated employees, and time-bound settlement of pension.” (KNS)
