Kupwara, May 22 (KNS): Kupwara Police today arrested two SPOs with brown sugar in a vehicle they were travelling.
   
Sources told Kashmir news service (KNS) that a police party from Kupwara recovered 14 grams of brown sugar from two SPO’s in Dragmulla Kupwara. 
 
The Alto car (JKO9B 6215) they were travelling in has also been seized, sources said.
"One of the SPOs is the resident of Chamkoot Karnah posted at SDH Kupwara while the other is the resident of Bumhuma Kupwara who is posted at District Police Lines Kupwara," they said.

SSP Kupwara Dr Sandeep Chakarvarti confirmed to Kashmir news service (KNS) about their arrest.
"The duo have absent from last one month and have been disengaged  immediately. A case has been registered against them." (KNS)
