Two PoK boys who crossed LoC inadvertently returned safely: Army

‘They had lost their way’

Srinagar, May 31 (KNS): Army on Wednesday said that two young boys from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) who had inadvertently crossed over the Line of Control (LoC) on 23 May and then apprehended by an Army patrol, were yesterday returned safely through the Tithwal Crossing Point in Tangdhar Sector.
“13 years old Wasalat Khan son of Naseer Khan and 12 years old Mohd Iftikhar Khan son of Mohd Fareed, both belonging to Simari village in POK, had lost their way and entered the Indian side of LOC where, despite the prevailing tense situation, the Army’s patrol displayed remarkable restraint and professionalism in securing the boys from the danger zone without any harm,” the statement issued to KNS said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
