Rajouri, Mar 18 (KNS): Two houses were Friday damaged due to landslides, triggered by heavy rains in Kevil village of Rajouri district.
However, the family members escaped unhurt and were shifted to safer place.
According to KNS correspondent, the owners of two houses which got damaged in the wee hours of Friday morning were identified as Javid Iqbal, son of Muhammadah and Aziz-ud-din, son of Lassa.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“The 14 members of two families who were evacuated by the police were shifted to safer places by the authorities,” official said.
Heavy rains form past three consecutive days’ triggered landslides and shooting stones in the district. (KNS)
