Srinagar, Dec 8 (KNS)Director Accounts and Treasures has directed Treasures Officers to address grievances of civil pensioners of the state.

An order issued by the Govt lying with KNS reads, " it is impressed upon all treasuries officer of Kashmir division to address grievances of civil pensioners on priority, failing which action will be initiated against the concerned officers."

It has also asked the officers to treat pensioners with dignity and dealt in polite manner.

" All documents submitted by pensioners should be acknowledged with recipet and proper stamp. The district officers in respect of sub treasuries falling under his/ her jurisdiction should take periodic review of pensioner grievances" (KNS)
