Pulwama, Sep 23 (KNS): A complete shutdown was observed in Tral area of Pulwama district on the second consecutive day on Saturday against civilian killings in the area on Thursday.

All the shops and other business establishments remained closed while the traffic was also off the roads.
Witnesses said that the attendance in government offices also remained thin. (KNS)
