Tipper helper killed, driver injured in Langate

Srinagar, Feb 12 (KNS): A person died, while one another one got injured when the tipper they were traveling in skidded off the road and turned turtle near Nallah Langate of North Kashmir's Kupwara.

The deceased was identified as16-year old Mohsin Ahmad Hanji.


Reports reaching to "Kashmir News Service" (KNS) said his vehicle turned turtle in Nallah Langate of North Kashmirs Handwara.


 Police sources said that a tipper was ferrying boulders when driver lost control over it and it turned turtle, resulting the death of conductor and leaves driver injured  Sources identified the deceased as Mohsin, a resident of Martigam Langate. 


After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the driver and conductor of the vehicle to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Lanagte where the conductor of the vehicle failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to his injuries.


The driver has been identified as Nisar Ah Hanji, son Ab Rashid Hanji.


The driver has been referred to Srinagar for further treatment. A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Lanagte police station.(KNS)
